REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We apply a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Not have been worn or used.
  • Have its tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return, you must contact us beforehand at: contact@cenedia.com. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the exact postal address and shipping instructions. Please do not send the package back to the return address shown on the original label or to our registered office without prior agreement, as it cannot be processed.

Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at contact@cenedia.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the situation and resolve it (replacement or refund at our expense).

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Personal care products (such as opened beauty or hygiene products).
  • Sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN UNION)

In accordance with European Union regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The conditions regarding the condition of the product remain the same as stated above.

REFUNDS

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that bank processing may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@cenedia.com.
