- All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of the order confirmation email.
- You will receive a new notification with the relevant tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

- Our standard delivery times range from 7 to 21 business days.
- These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your geographical location, peak periods (holidays, sales) or customs checks beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We regularly offer free shipping on certain items or from a minimum purchase amount, based on the current promotions available on the Site.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
- Please allow 2 to 5 days for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
- Cenedia is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All costs imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).
6. Undelivered or Lost Parcels
- If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at contact@cenedia.com with your name and order number so that we can look into the matter.
